1.UV-Cured Coating Layer
The UV layer is an ultraviolet-resistant barrier that prevents floor discoloration and material aging caused by UV radiation. It also enhances the floor’s stain resistance and protects the decorative film layer.
2.Wear-Resistant Layer
A transparent wear-resistant layer applied over the decorative layer, typically made of high-molecular PVC material. It offers excellent wear resistance and can withstand scratches, friction, and other forms of damage from daily use.
3.Decorative Layer (Print Layer)
A colored film layer with realistic textures that mimic solid wood. Made using high-molecular composite materials and polyurethane coating technology, this layer can be customized with a wide range of patterns and colors, including wood grain and stone grain. It not only boosts the floor’s visual appeal but also delivers extra decorative effects.
4.SPC Rigid Core Layer (Main Body)
Primarily composed of a mixture of stone powder and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin. This layer is formed into a high-density stone-plastic structure through processes like high-temperature extrusion. It provides the floor with stability and durability, maintains the structural balance of the floor base, and enhances its compression resistance.
5.Sound-Absorbing Layer
An padding layer installed at the bottom of the product to reduce impact vibration and muffle noise.
